Motivation


Nanubhai Savaliya was born in a small village gadhakada, Amreli in the year 1961. Took initial education in the village itself till standard 9. After completing 9th standard he started working in agriculture field for 10 continuous years. but after rigorous hard work, he could not get enough so he decides to move to Surat city for further business opportunities. He came to Surat in the year 1987 with only Rs.1700. The sole reason to leave to the village was lack of irrigation water and till date, Mr. Nanubhai takes every opportunity to help in villages to fulfill water demand. Initially, after coming to Surat, he started working in an electric shop. Then after 3 months with help of some money borrowed from friends and family, he started manufacturing electric motor, along with it also started domestic wiring business. Nanubhai clearly understands the importance of education and regrets his lack of higher studies. But then he fulfills his desire by helping other student s financially. From motor business to construction business, a lot of up and down came of course. But Mr. Nanubhai stood as a solid rock and faced all the challenges and come out the best as he is today. He believes that progress doesn't happen only by thinking but by taking action towards it. In the young age he left the village because of the water issue so when the time came he took the opportunity under SAURASHTRA JALDHARA TRUST and build a check dam in his village. He is strongly in oppose of the social stigmas and believes that nation will rise only if we come out of the old social stigmas and stubbornness. He also strongly supports woman empowerment and feels dejected seeing the current scenario as woman are devoid of a lot of social statuses. He thinks that even widow woman has every right to lead a colorful and happy life. And always takes initiative for the same. He has done this by calling widow woman to inaugurate public function, giving them different job opportunities so that the mentality of the society could be changed. He always thrives to empower woman and advise them to be independent. He always had a soft spot for the martyr and their family. He thinks that the soldier leaves everything behind to protect us from the enemy so when he martyr its out national duty to look after their family. A word to the youth Revolutionary thoughts usually comes during the youth stage. One should keep on working hard until one reaches the goal. One should not be dishonest.
